Demo Access

Want to explore the application before using your own account? Use one of the demo accounts below.

What is demo access?

Demo access lets you sign in to NNP Attendance with a shared, read-only-friendly set of accounts so you can click around the app, see how each role works, and understand the workflows before you set up your own account.

  • Same app, sample data: Every demo account opens the real NNP Attendance application with demo classes, students, and attendance records already in place.
  • One password: All demo accounts share a single password, shown in the panel on the right.
  • Role-based: Each account is scoped to a different role so you can see exactly what administrators, teachers, volunteers, and read-only users can do.

Roles you can try

  • Administrator — full access: manage staff accounts, import data, run reports, and take attendance.
  • Teacher — take attendance for assigned classes and record pre- and post-test assessment scores.
  • Volunteer Teacher — assists with a class; can take attendance under a lead teacher.
  • Read-only — view dashboards, classes, and reports without making changes.

Good to know

  • Demo data is shared across everyone using these accounts, so changes you make may be visible to other demo users.
  • Demo accounts are for exploration only — never enter real student or staff information while signed in to one.
  • When you're ready to use NNP Attendance for real, your administrator will create a personal account for you.
